We may suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the issue can be fixed without a return. Photos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate, and if it will ensure a faster resolution.
Generally any issue will be considered for repair or replacement. We appreciate your patience and communication throughout the process and will always look at offering you the best solution.
Change of Mind:
If you purchase a Luvele product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can return the product at your own cost within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note; the returned item must be brand new and unopened. If the item has been opened, used or damaged in anyway, then a refund will not be approved.

I am really enjoying this yogurt I incubation. Definitely takes some patience in getting it right.
I love the Luvele yogurt maker. I love that it has 4 ceramic containers instead of 2 larger ones. We split one cup each night for our desert so one batch lasts 4 days. I purchased an extra set of 4 containers so that I can start my next batch before we complete eating the last container. Very good quality! I'll buy from Luvele again!!!
Excellent yogurt maker. So easy to use and the l rheteri yogurt I make comes out perfect every time. I previously bought a cheaper European one on Amazon but had terrible results bc the temperature wouldn’t hold. This is perfect and consistent for 36 hours. Very happy with my purchase.
